- One-hour consultation (or more, if needed)
- Unlimited phone and e-mail accessibility (toll-free, if needed)
- Your own ceremony or one of Larry's ceremonies customized to your satisfaction. You always have the last word in creating your

here! You are encouraged to plan
a Friday rehearsal no later than 1:00 p.m. See below. It's the most "romantic" ceremony you will find anywhere!
- Attend the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, if any.
- Officiate the wedding and attend the reception dinner
- Offering a very special
"Wedding Blessing" at the reception
- File the marriage license with appropriate authority
The following is sent to you after your wedding. (Please be patient, Larry James is one of the busiest Officiants in the
Greater Phoenix area). It can take up to 3 months or more to receive a copy of your ceremony and for your photos to be posted.
- A very special copy of the wedding ceremony on "parchment paper" to file with your wedding keepsakes giving it an heirloom quality.
- A special photo gallery featuring a
photo of your wedding on CelebrateIntimateWeddings.com. Posted as time permits.
- A "Relationship Coaching Certificate" with no expiration date. Value - $120.00
- A FREE subscription to Larry's monthly "LoveNotes for Lovers" eZINE valued at $72 per year.

When you call to arrange a free consultation, the appointment will conditionally hold your time and date pending
receipt of a non-refundable deposit to secure the time and date. "Hold" dates will only be held for 5 days after an initial consultation.
After your consultation with Larry James and after receiving a non-refundable deposit to secure the
time and date, he will send you a ceremony template in a Word document by e-mail. You can make any changes
or corrections you desire, then return it to him by e-mail. Next, you will receive a full draft of your customized wedding ceremony for
your review and approval prior to your wedding.
Larry James puts a lot of thought and energy into each ceremony he performs and works to insure that the spoken words of
your ceremony is a personal and distinctive statement that reflects the love and commitment you have for each other and that
it is effectively communicated to your family and friends present to witness your special day.
Each couple receives a written agreement that specifies the date, time and place, names in the wedding party, any additional ceremonies (e.g, Unity
Candle, Rose Ceremony, etc.) and any other special conditions.
Add travel expenses, including a one-night hotel stay, if the rehearsal and wedding will be outside the
Greater Phoenix area. Larry James will travel anywhere your budget permits in the 50 United States. Call for details.

Fees for having minister, professional speaker, author and relationship coach, Larry James, perform your customized wedding ceremony begin
at $400.00 (Greater Phoenix area only). Weddings with more than one couple, add $250 per couple. A $200 non-refundable down payment
(deposit) per couple reserves your wedding day, rehearsal day (if any) and times. The balance of the fee is due two weeks before the
rehearsal or wedding, whichever comes first.
NOTE: A fee quote for your wedding is available by telephone only (not e-mail). Because of the many details involved in planning, preparing and customizing my romantic wedding ceremony, a fee
quote is available ONLY after a FREE, no pressure, no obligation telephone consultation and after I have spoken with you about
the numerous details of your wedding that may affect the fee. Consultation regarding customizing my very special ceremony,
attending the rehearsal (if any), and performing the wedding ceremony are included in the fee. Place a personal call to

Larry's attendance at a Friday rehearsal for a Saturday wedding
is subject to whether he has a Friday wedding scheduled. You are encouraged to plan a Friday rehearsal no later than 1:00 p.m. Most

Other Arizona Cities: For fees for weddings in
Flagstaff, Tucson, Prescott, Payson, Wickenberg,
Sedona and other Arizona cities, (also Rocky Point, Mexico) click

NOTE: The giving of a
gratuity is
optional. This is a discretionary amount of money in addition to the
honorarium fee given to the officiant. The amount you give depends on your relationship with the officiant
and the amount of personal involvement or time they have spent prior to the ceremony and during the rehearsal.
It is suggested that the groom put this fee in a sealed envelope and give it to his best man or wedding consultant,
who will give it to the officiant immediately after the ceremony.
Rocky Point Weddings
The fee for a Rocky Point, Mexico wedding) is $700 + travel (Travel fee for
Rocky Point).
Rocky Point weddings requires a non-refundable down payment (deposit) + travel fee to reserve the date. Travel expenses
must be paid with the down payment. The balance is due two weeks prior to the rehearsal or wedding, whichever comes first.
Hotel accommodations are required for the night before the rehearsal, if any, and/or for the night before the
wedding. If the wedding is in the evening, then add one additional night. If no rehearsal, usually two nights will do, otherwise a 3 night stay in required.
Out-of-State Weddings
For an out-of-state wedding, the fee begins at $1200.00 + airfare, ground transportation (economy car rental) and
hotel (or other room) accommodations. A deposit of 50% is required to secure the wedding date and is non-refundable.
The balance is due two weeks before rehearsal or wedding, whichever comes first.
Hotel accommodations are required for the night before the rehearsal, if any, and/or for the night before and
the day of the wedding. For example, for a Saturday wedding: if you have a rehearsal on Friday, I would fly in the night before and
fly out the day after the wedding (Sunday), requiring a 3 night stay.
Car rental (economy car - if necessary) will be billed separately and is payable the day of the rehearsal or wedding, whichever comes first.
Airfare must be paid with the deposit or within 10 days of booking the airline. Airfare will be booked at the lowest possible rate.

NOTE: Larry's "romantic" ceremony has gained in popularity and gets rave reviews! Word gets around fast when
something is good. If you have the slightest interest in having Larry James perform your ceremony, you are encouraged to call
to check availability. He usually books 5 to 6 months in advance, with a few open dates in between.
Weekday weddings are
generally easier to schedule on shorter notice.
