Here is a handy fees reference for wedding ceremonies performed in other Arizona cities (not including the Greater Phoeinx area).

The following cities are included in the $400 wedding fee with no additional travel fee:

Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, & Peoria.

Mileage and/or travel (drive) time is determined from the chart below and by using MapQuest.com or AAA. Larry James lives in Scottsdale, AZ. The following cities may have additional ceremony and travel fees.

For a rehearsal in the following cities, add $50 travel fee. (There are a few exceptions to this, please ask Larry James).

Travel expenses do not include hotel expenses. If the rehearsal and wedding will be outside the Greater Phoenix area, remember to include a one or two-night hotel stay.

Sedona Wedding - Ceremony, $650, Travel Fee, $250, Total: $900

For a Sedona wedding, $575 (the down payment [deposit], $325 + travel, $250) is required to secure the wedding date and is non-refundable. The balance of $325 is due two weeks before rehearsal or wedding, whichever comes first. Travel fee must be paid with the down payment (deposit). The fee for a Sedona wedding is $900 (includes travel fee) + hotel (or other room) accommodations.

Sedona hotel accommodations (or other room accommodations) are required for the night before the rehearsal, if any, and/or for the night before the wedding. If the wedding is in the evening and it is not feasible to drive for the return trip from the wedding location that night, then add one additional night. If no rehearsal, usually two nights will do.

Rocky Point, Mexico - Ceremony, $700, Travel Fee, $500, Total: $1200

For a Rocky Point wedding, $850 (the down payment [deposit] + travel) is required to secure the wedding date and is non-refundable. The balance of $350 is due two weeks before rehearsal or wedding, whichever comes first.

A Saturday wedding in Rocky Point requires me to reserve three days: Friday (for the trip to Rocky Point), Saturday for the wedding and Sunday for the return trip to Scottsdale.

Rocky Point hotel accommodations are required for the night before the rehearsal, if any, and/or for the night before the wedding. If the wedding is in the evening, then add one additional night. If no rehearsal, usually two nights will do, otherwise a 3 night stay in required.
